The EXN100 does not recognize my OpticalRendu when I connect it via USB Audio as it defaults to the WiFi connection. I reached out to Cambridge Audio support and all they had to say was they didn't know whether or not the EXN100 is compatible with an OpticalRendu connection via USB Audio. So I reached out to Sonore / Small Green Computer and they said it was 100% compatible and they have "hundreds" of OpticalRendu customers who stream through EXN100's. Any advice as to how to get my EXN100 to recognize the OpticalRendu would be much appreciated.
