Hi everyone.
A new firmware update is now available for Gen 4 players (Evo, CXN100, EXN100, AXN10, MXN10). It resolves the issue some users were experiencing with 24-bit playback on Spotify Lossless.
After updating, you should have access to full 24-bit playback. Just keep in mind that not every track on Spotify is uploaded in 24-bit, so some will still play in CD quality (16-bit / 44.1kHz).
We worked closely with Spotify to deliver this fix as quickly as possible. Thanks to everyone who reported the issue and helped us get it sorted.
Head to your device settings in the StreamMagic app to update. You should now be on service pack 139-b-003.
