Hi everyone.
A new firmware update is now available for Gen 2/3 players (CXN v2, 851N, etc.). It resolves the issue some users were experiencing with 24-bit playback on Spotify Lossless, following our release on Gen 4 players earlier this month.
After updating, you should have access to full 24-bit playback. Just keep in mind that not every track on Spotify is uploaded in 24-bit, so some will still play in CD quality (16-bit / 44.1kHz).
Head to your device settings in the StreamMagic app to update. You should now be on service pack 022-a-152
