Recently TIDAL introduced a 'Normalize Volume' feature to their own app.
If you use this feature in the app and, more recently with TIDAL Connect, it will often cause a drop in volume.
This is a feature of the TIDAL/TIDAL Connect service, not a bug with our software ๐
While it's a useful feature to keep playback volume level between tracks, if you're finding the changes in overall volume level frustrating, we suggest you look under the 'Settings/Audio & Playback' menu in the TIDAL app, and turn off the feature.
If you are already connected to your device in the TIDAL app, the setting will not take effect immediately as you switch in the app, but the next time you connect to the device.
