If you want to measure your audio system & room and don’t want to get into the complexity of Room Equalisation Wizard (REW), then if you have an iPhone/iPad I’d recommend an app called HouseCurve. Www.HouseCurve.com (Free version + in app purchase). Take a look it’s very simple to use, yet very powerful tool.
Works via AirPlay or BT and can use internal microphone or external mics like the miniDSP UMIK 1.
I have no affiliation to this app, but have found it useful for quick system measurements.
