Hello, I recently purchased a couple Sennheiser Ambeo Mini for my gaming monitors. I have been using them for awhile now but I noticed my CXA81 MK2 changing the volume which I have had it set to in a phantom manner. I realized its coming from the Seinnheiser remote. 5I can't add a post
I have been unable to add a post to the discussion for about 4 hours. A message appears saying it is being reviewed by an administrator and after a while the post disappears. 12A wish
I wish everyone a pleasant Christmas holiday and many nice experiences listening to music in the new year 2026. 🎄🎅🥂 2Respect to the Cambridge Team for this Forum
I'd like to express my thanks to the Cambridge team for this forum and their participation and feedback. There are issues surrounding software / firmware releases and its not easy to keep everyone happy, but at least those able to imbue change are active in the discussions ! The forum and the level of customer support from Cambridge team is one of the reasons I am happy to continue my relationship with their products, as well as their voicing and value. [although I do find the Forum layout and split-sections confusing to be honest] 4L'application ou le site Web bug
16The moderator does not approve negative posts
The moderator stopped approving my posts. Friends, write only positive posts on CA, otherwise you will end up like me. 9The app icon is all white. Is this normal ?
Hi, This is the icon of the Cambridge Audio Community app on my Samsung mobile. Is it normal for him to be all white ? 19Tag links not working on individual forum pages
The tag links in the left margin seem to work on the home page but not on the individual forum pages. Just an observation! 1The Cambridge Audio Community icon on Android
The Cambridge Audio Community icon on Android is only in white without a black circle. Or should it not be the other way around? 5Ability to message other members
There is an option to allow community member to message each other directly. I thought I would get a vibe check from you all... is this something you would like to see, or do you prefer an open forum? Feel free to upvote and comment so I can see what you think! 6Not a suggestion but a thank you.
I'm definitely grateful that you guys created this space for the community. As I withdraw from Facebook and have never been a fan of Twitter, I was worried about being disconnected from the community (I do see you guys attempting to be more active on Bluesky and that's also appreciated). For me, seeing you guys do this really gives me joy as it really shows passion and a belief in your products and appreciation for your users. 1Fav icon change possible?
If possible to change… I’ve added the community page as a bookmark icon on my home screen. Would love to see a CA icon in place of the generic one already in place. Not even sure how many others would follow the same practice in doing what I have done but would be nice to see all the same 🙂 5

Exploring Group Chats in the Community Hub
Hi everyone, With Facebook removing Community Chats from Groups, I wanted to see if there’s any interest in having something similar (but hopefully, better) here in the hub. Right now, you can privately message other members, but you can’t start your own group chats. I always found community-created chat channels on Facebook tricky to manage and moderate, and think we could build a more useful version here instead. So I’d love to know: Would you find group chats on certain topics helpful? If so, what topics would you like to see? Eager to hear your thoughts, so please share them in the comments below. New: Message other members in the community hub
Hi everyone. I noticed that a few threads were getting quite busy, with some veering slightly off-topic, so I've turned on member chat in the Community Hub. Now if you want to continue a discussion with individual members in more detail, you can message them directly. Just click on their name to visit their profile and tap the "message" button/icon to send them a DM (screenshot below). However, do consider whether a discussion would benefit from a public response. Lots of people use the hub to find answers to their questions and issues! Let's keep discussions open and on-topic where ever possible. And please, if you receive any suspicious or distressing messages, make sure to report it. Myself and other moderators will ensure this remains a safe space to discuss all things Cambridge Audio. All official Cambridge Audio staff and/or moderators are marked with with roundall icon (as shown below on my profile) and will never ask for personal private details. Hope you all have a great week! Testing: Linear comments structure on posts
Hi everyone. A few of you mentioned that it was difficult to follow comment threads on posts because of the nested replies. Agreed that this can get confusing, especially on busy posts with lots of comments. I'm slightly limited by the third party platform that our community hub runs on, but I've sourced a piece of custom code that hides the 'reply' button on comments, effectively creating a linear comments structure. This won't affect any posts that already have replies, as you'll still see all the nested comments. But if you would like to respond directly to comments from another user, you will now need to use the @ tag to mention them. I thought I would put this out for you all to test. Please report back and tell me what you think! - 08/06/2025
Managing your notifications in the hub
Hi everyone. Lots of new members have joined this week (welcome!), so here’s a quick reminder on how to manage your notifications. Click your profile picture in the top right corner, go to Account Settings, then select the Notifications tab. From there you can: Choose which browser and email notifications you receive Control alerts for messages, mentions, followed posts and more Opt in or out of daily or weekly digests Fine-tune notifications for specific posts, spaces, and members All of this helps you stay in the loop without overwhelming your inbox. See the screenshot below for a quick visual guide. If you have any questions or need a hand, just drop them in the comments or send me a DM. Always happy to help. New: Product Feature Roadmap
Hi everyone. We've just published our product feature roadmap on the Community Hub. A few of you had suggested it would be useful to have one place where you can see what we're working on, so hopefully this becomes a handy resource to bookmark. I've also made some recent changes to the hub to help streamline conversations and make it easier to share feedback on our products and services. I built the hub earlier this year because I genuinely believe in the strength of this community. My goal has always been to bring you closer to our development process and make sure your voices are heard by the right people here at Cambridge. We’re a focused team, and we really do care about getting things right for the people who listen with our products every day. Of course, there’s always room to improve. So if you’ve got feedback or ideas, make sure to post them here. - 07/30/2025
Unified discussion space: Cambridge Audio Discussions
Hi everyone. I've created a unified space for general discussion, based on your feedback: https://community.cambridgeaudio.com/cambridge-audio-discussions There were a few spaces that weren't getting used as much, and most of you agreed that it would be better to focus our conversations in fewer spaces. I've kept separate spaces for sharing your setup and for music discovery. Planning more with these over the coming months. It's been great getting to understand how you all want to use the new hub. I've made quite a few changes recently which should make your experience here better. If you have any feedback on the current layout let me know. - 04/09/2025
One discussion space to rule them all?
Hi everyone. Question for you: Should we merge our current discussion spaces (Hi-Fi & Home Audio, Streaming & Digital Audio, Vinyl Listening, Speakers and Headphones) into one, unified discussion space? I feel like we may be unnecessarily splitting conversations that could all live in the same space. We would just need to make sure that appropriate tags are used and maintained, and that it's easy to search what you're looking for. Let me know what you think! - 03/19/2025
General Feedback: Share your thoughts
Hi everyone. It's been great seeing all the engagement across the new hub this past week. Thanks for all your great ideas and suggestions! Just checking in with you all to see how you're finding it so far. I'm looking for feedback on: Is it east to navigate and find your way around the site? Are you happy with the layout of information in the discussion and feedback spaces? Is it easy to search through posts and find what you need? Is there anything else you would like to see added? Use this post as a mega thread for feedback and I'll take a look through! - 01/15/2025
Menu Layout & Discussion Spaces
Are you happy with the current spaces and layout of the menu? I've tried to balance specific spaces for certain topics whilst also being broad enough to encourage discussion. If there are any spaces you would like to see, add them as an idea in this space!
